Thankyou very much for both the workshop and the reading both
were marvelous. I have put the cures in place and the vibration
of the land feels different and I have started to clean, shine
and clutter bust the central courtyard. There was an almost
immediate shift in the energy from placing the cures, particularly
the emotional aspect of them, It's not that it's all love and
light but the energy of the negative emotions is less manifested,
less tangible, less physical so it is easier to move out of

At the end of February 2007 I consulted Maggie to do a Land
reading via distance and was pleased with the information provided
and it made a lot of sense in relation to my business, relationships,
our pool problems we had experienced and the general energy
that was lingering etc. Within a week my family and I implemented
the crystal and other remedies Maggie had provided and I noticed
an 'energy' change straight away. Extra calmness, increase in

Hi Maggie,
Just reporting in with regards to the corrections to my son's property. I am so pleased to report that he as well as his housemate both claimed that they both woke up the following morning after the corrections feeling really happy for no apparent reason since nothing obvious had happened. Also, since then his financial situation has improved with attracting extra work consistently every week with his home business for the first time ever, plus, he has also been offered a new job opportunity in a completely different career direction that has the potential of securing his financial future should he chose to go in that new direction. So many things have certainly shifted for him in a most positive way and I am so excited and happy to finally see him with a new lease on life after all the struggles and hardships he has experienced this past year and I know this is just the beginning of many more positive changes to come.

Things continue to shift for my son in many areas of his life, some changes have been subtle and others quite obvious & radical and it is all SO positive. The corrections on his property have certainly catapulted him forward after being stuck and struggling for almost 2 years so it has all been such a welcome relief! Of course, he still has his challenges and obstacles to overcome but since he is in a more positive frame of mind overall he finds he is resolving issues much easier than before so it's ALL good!

Another nice little touch to the land clearing you did at my property. One of the items you listed for me to get was some bells that sounded like bell birds because the Earth was missing the bell birds that used to live in the area.
Very early in the morning over the last week I have heard bell birds singing (or is that ringing!). I couldn’t believe my ears. A friend was here a couple of days ago and she thought her mobile phone was ringing and then she said ‘no, that is a bell bird call’, so I wasn’t just imagining it. I haven’t sighted them as I believe they are tiny shy birds but it would be lovely to make friends with them.
It makes me feel very happy in my heart. Thank you once again Maggie.

Hi Maggie
I hope this finds you well. Just thought I would give you an update on a matter which you helped with. I was after a name of a crystal that could help my 5yo son with nightmares. I bought the crystal and put it under his bed. His nightmares have calmed down quite considerably. At the same time, I also put a rose quartz in the power box with the pointy end down (been meaning to do it since we moved here).
So thank you for that. I really appreciate your help.

After purchasing my house in June Maggie did an Earth reading for me. The energy in the house was quite good but after all the corrections it then felt like a sanctuary away from the rest of the world; I felt totally at peace and very content at home. This continued for the first 2months and then I felt an energy shift and I didn't feel as calm or as centred as I had. I wondered if it was my energy or the energy of the land that had changed.
What I discovered was that an object I had painted red had lost its entire red colour due to rain (and me using the wrong type of paint), and the yellow-flowered plants I had brought in (but not cared for) had died.
So I made these corrections - I bought the right type of paint (which was very inexpensive), repainted my object (which was just an old brick) and then planted new yellow-flowering plants in the Earth.
It was only two days later that I felt the energy shift back and peace was restored - it really was that simple and that quick.
This has made me realise how important our actions are to Mother Earth and how important it is to make and keep the corrections. And it was so simple to rectify.
I am grateful for having my peace and tranquillity back.

I wanted to give you a quick update...
Within 2 weeks of you doing the esoteric cleanse, my husband, who has taken 15 months off work to find his next career path in life, started to focus, chose his career, and a week and a half ago enrolled in a course that starts next week. He will be in a new profession by the end of October. WOW!
I have seen more subtle changes in my own life, and the emotional energy is starting to calm down for me now. I am not so sharp-tempered or volatile, and am smiling and laughing more in this house than I ever have before.
Thanks so much for your efforts and wisdom with our property, Maggie. You indicated about 6 weeks to see significant changes, and indeed, life feels like a different place. It's been about 5 weeks. Isn't life a wonderful thing? :

There are many subtle changes....sort of feel extraordinary ones on the spiritual level......once again am able to meditate first thing in morning ...after a long time and things becoming clearer/lighter.......
Physically I am getting rid of clutter gradually; have just today got to plant the precious stones....a bit in awe..
And my special place is getting even more special as these changes come into being....am even about to start drawing again which haven't been able to do for a long while!
The trees up the road are full of beautiful tubular bells; yellow of course - couldn't stop grinning.

It's funny that when things come to a head we finally do the things we've been meaning to do for ages but been putting off for one reason or another ….. that's what happened to us and our house/land reading. We'd been meaning to have one done since we learnt that Maggie was doing them, but then it got to the point that we HAD to have one done and guess what, it was the best thing and we wonder why we hadn't done it earlier, doesn't it always turn out like that?
Before the reading we, as a family, were drifting apart, we were all feeling stifled and unable to commit to anything, including ourselves and our own creativity.
Now, a few months on we are a different family, a force to be reckoned with (so to speak).
What has really given us the physical proof is our bird. He's a budgie, approximately 7 years old and when we moved in he wouldn't come out of his cage for a fly around at all, where at our old place, he was always out.
Now, a couple of weeks ago our darling budgie demanded to be let out of his cage, which he now does every night. He comes out for a good two hours. He plays around on the table, flies here and there, dive bombs the cats, creates havoc and enjoys a romp on the floor with his favourite toy of the night (much to the cats delight and our horror as we try and grab cats before they grab him!).
It is like someone has exchanged birds on us. We are delighted with this change (so are the cats) and it is physical proof of what we have all been feeling since the house/land reading took place.

Since you did an energy healing and cleared my house of unwanted, destructive and very negative energies, the change of energy in my house [and in myself] is so very different.
Where, before the cleansing, it felt dark and heavy, it now feels light; the sense of negativity has been replaced by feelings of fun, love and laughter.

"It wasn't until we moved into our new "dream" home that we realised that something was wrong. My husband and I very rarely argue but we were picking each other over little things, which turned into heated arguments. We soon realised that it wasn't "us" but the house!
We couldn't sell it so we called Maggie in and she told us what was going on under our house! Our house had been on the market for one month and only 2 people had come to look at our property in that time. This was during a boom real estate time when houses were selling very quickly. Maggie visited our house, tuned in to the energy of it and gave us a small list of things to do - move a pot plant here, place a crystal there, add a particular colour somewhere else. They were all easy and manageable changes which we took care of right away.
Within one week of these changes our real estate agent received a phone call from a man who was in the market for a house and found ours listed on the internet. Our house was exactly what he was looking for. After visiting our property he wanted to buy it but he couldn't settle for 4 months and to ensure we wouldn't sell it to someone else he paid us rent for the duration of the contract. It was a dream sale and he was the perfect buyer.

As my house didn't sell due to my very messy and noisy neighbours, one of my coworkers in the office told me to send my house plans to an "earth whisperer" and that she would fix the problems! I asked her if I needed to believe in it myself, she said "no". As I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, I went ahead with it. Of course I got laughed at by the rest of the office and my husband thought I had definitely gone mad.
After I buried, blue tacked and superglued a few crystals around the house and yard, I felt at peace and hoped for the best.
Nine days and two Inspections later, the house was under contract.

Many times when I've looked at properties I have a feeling about it but can't always explain what it is. I just know it's right or not right for me. Real Estate agents will tell you position, position, position and they are right. BUT!!! Why does the block still not feel good? Or why aren't things running smoothly? Or why does the house feel heavy? Maybe because a negative ley line is running right across the front of the property blocking anything positive from coming in or because there is water beneath the block making it feel depressive. These are just 2 of many different scenarios the earth presents to us. I have had 3 readings now with Maggie and all 3 confirmed my thoughts and feelings on the properties. I am thrilled that I can do something about the health of the Earth which also benefits me because I am living on it. Wow!!! I headed off to the Earth 2 Essences Retreat on the Wednesday afternoon as one person and came home on the Sunday afternoon a completely different person. My son kept looking at me with a funny grin on his face wondering who on earth I was, probably because I had a funny grin on my face feeling the difference in me and loving it!! It is so difficult to put into words the difference that this retreat has made to me and to my life, it is a feeling you have to experience for yourself - it is so worth it!! My daughter said to me two days after I got home, "why are you so happy now mummy?" I parent differently, I look at the world differently, my marriage is different and I am different - I now feel the joy in my heart and this is protrayed in everything I do and everything I am. Firstly, thank you so much for everything you've "done" with me... my body, my man and my houses!
I will give you a follow up with regard to the effects on the two new properties - home and office in a few weeks, but I would like to tell the world how much you changed my last home from one that was full of fear and darkness to one full of light.
"Although the location, across the road from the sea, was what I always wanted, I experienced so much sadness in my last home. I wanted it to be my safe and happy haven, but felt like it was eating me up and spitting me out. Everything from huge fights with my partner to bad business results were a sign that my house definitely needed your "healing touch".
The first time I walked back into it, the feeling was amazing... it was like all the lights were turned on (but of course none were). The misery and pain from the bedrooms had gone and I could walk out into the front garden without having nightmares. And that was before I put the colours into the places you instructed.
My home was truly clean! It became my retreat, but an enjoyable one. Only a month later, my beloved dogs came to live with me and really made it a home. Leaving it behind was hard, but I had outgrown it.
Hearing what you have just said about my new home and the negative lines going through the bedroom and child's play area, I know you are so right because I now know why I haven't been able to sleep and the kids were so destructive in the cubby house. My partner and I look forward to following your directions and opening our home up to the light.

I have always loved nature – the trees and just everything to do with mother earth and been very saddened at the treatment she has had by man’s hands and always felt helpless at just being one person – but this morning here with Maggie has given me a peace within in to know all is not lost and the means of how to start and do my bit when in my own space and then hopefully to branch out from here.
