When you have chosen the essence place one drop directly into the palm of your hand.
You could also make up a dose or spray bottle using 1/3 vodka, 2/3 purified water and one drop of the chosen essence. You may wish to take the essences for a few days, or even weeks. Use your intuition here and feel what is right for you.
