is a powerful and simple technique used to clear energetic blockages from our Chakras,
our body’s energy centres.
These blockages can be experienced on several levels:
Physical Level – as pain or disease;
Mental Level – as beliefs, eg “I am unworthy of love”;
Emotional Level – as overwhelming negative emotions, eg, guilt, shame, sadness, anger, fear;
Spiritual Level – as being lost, and disconnected from your true self;
PACH empowers you to take charge of your own health and well-being.
How PACH works
PACH is a powerful tool allowing us to release blocked energy from the past,
balance energy in the present
and clear fears and anxieties projected into the future.
Throughout life we accept negative beliefs and through fear we hold onto them.
This creates emotional and behavioural patterns which eventually become energy blocks.
This simple and powerful tool can be used to clear and release energy blocks, often manifesting as:
Feelings of not being good enough;
Beliefs that we are unlovable;
Fears and anxieties;
Physical pain;
Allergies;
Feelings of being “stuck”;
Lack of connection to Spirit and feeling like we don’t belong;

Our circumstances are the product of our beliefs and beliefs are thoughts we have repeated in our mind over and over again……. the belief then has power to manifest into our reality as an opportunity for growth through healing.
Why is PACH with us?
PACH
was born from an experience I had and then asking a question of God . The PACH process was channelled through to me and PACH was born.
PACH is here to assist in the healing of our past traumas and perceptions from this life , past lives and ancestral lines and release that trapped energy to bring about healing.
Years ago I became involved in a volunteer program for LEARNING DISABLE CHILDREN at my daughter’s high school. My first student was a young boy in grade eight whose learning skills had not progressed far from grade three. During my work with this boy I discovered from him that he had found his Mother dead in her car following her suicide. From that time on, the emotional trauma had affected his learning skills and emotional development.
It was this child that made me ask the question; is there more I can do to help children in all forms of their development including a sense of belonging? That question had the most profound effect on my life – and it lead to the development of PACH.
