Individual Essences
Drops are placed on the palm of the hand.
The dropper must not come in contact with anything other than the essences,
including the skin, tongue and mouth area.

When you have chosen the essence, place one drop directly into the palm of your hand. 
You may wish to take the essences for a few days, or even weeks.
Use your intuition here and feel what is right for you.
You can also place a drop of a chosen essence on each of your chakras for a chakra balance.
Do not shake or succuss the essences.

Sprays
Simply spray onto the body, in the air or directly on the land.
You could also make up a dose or spray bottle using 1/3 vodka, 2/3 purified water and one drop of the chosen essence.
Spray yourself, one squirt on the front and one on the back, several times per day or as required.
If you are trying to change the energy of a space or room, one squirt in each corner of the room, morning and night or as required.

The timing for you and them to connect is perfect.
