When you order product from www.maggielandman.com, there is a manual process of communication, mostly through email, to acknowledge an order, confirm details if there is any ambiguity, request payment and advise when the product has been submitted to Australia Post for delivery. Product will not be packaged or dispatched until full payment has been received in the nominated account or a payment receipt has been provided to confirm payment has been made.

Shipping within Australia
Orders processed with a valid Australian delivery address will usually be dispatched through Australia Post. Postage and Handling (P & H) costs are applicable on all orders to cover Postage fees and any other special packaging requirements in order to protect products during transit and delivery.
Orders are usually processed within 5 working days from our office and delivery times are dependent on Australia Post conditions.

Shipping outside of Australia
Orders processed with a valid international address will firstly be assessed for a reasonably economical and safe freight company. Postage and Handling (P & H) costs are applicable on all international orders to cover freight fees and any other special packaging requirements in order to protect products during transit and delivery.
Orders are usually processed within 7 working days, depending on sourcing a suitable freight company for the product and accommodating any special packaging requirements.
